Our desire to always offer you only the best from the world of wine and haute cuisine, this time will be achieved through an unforgettable evening that will creatively present the three major wineries, three great personalities and one impressive wine region.
In other words, we are proud to present the young generation of Austrian winemakers, Tement, Gross and Meitz, with their unique wines of southern Styria.
Moderate in appearance, but uncompromising in wine making, these passionate men will join the creative team of Bistro Apetit, led by chef Goran Kočiš, and prepare an exclusive dinner to remember.
More about winemakers and the menu please read below. We invite you to come on Saturday, February 27 at 20 PM. You can book your table for this exclusive dinner as early as today.

Gross Winery began with production back in 1907, and their vineyards are located on some of the best locations of southern Styria. Nussberg position is the name that causes a special respect and brothers Gross are the perfect team that brings the best out of it. The heart of the winery Tement are Manfred Tement, his sons and the impressive Zieregg – a vineyard location in the middle of which a modern winery is located. Vineyards of the family Tement stretch across the Slovenian border, and Manfred alone is known as the man who laid the foundation of a specific style of Sauvignon Blanc of the region. Wolfgang Maitz is the winemaker who does the entire job in the winery alone. His motto is “unpredictability is what makes us alive”, and he seeks from his wines to take people on a journey, rather than to meet their expectations.

Bistro Apetit invites you to continue this summer together in Zagreb!

In addition to numerous novelties prepared by our team, one of the first gastronomy-oenology adventures takes us to the French valley of the River Marne, home of the Heucq Pere & Fils champagnes, which we will proudly present to you on 3rd September. A third generation of winemakers from Cuisles stands behind this well reputed name, in the heart of the valley of the River Marne. The main type of wine here is the Pinot Muenier, which you can find in most champagnes you will be able to at the dinner. The menu for this dinner was a special professional challenge for our chef Goran Kočiš, who created a series of original dishes for a course that is perfectly in tune with the best bottles of champagne Heucq Pere & Fils.

Join us on Thursday, 3rd September at 08.00 p.m.
