Bistro Apetit invites you to an evening dedicated to magnificent Tattinger champagne

We are honoured to invite you to an exclusive dinner that will, in a few memorable courses, present one of five major champagne houses of today – a magnificent Taittinger.
It is well know that the eponymous family has been running this renowned champagne house for centuries, successfully nurturing all features of chardonnay, a wine sort essential for champagne.  With that in mind, we become aware that this is a unique opportunity for all of us to significantly expand our knowledge and experience, and to provide real gastro- oenological spectacle to all our senses. Even more, a special guest will join us over dinner – Taittinger Champagne Ambassador, Mr. Mikael Falkman.
The numbers are impressive; 34 cru location, over 288 hectares of vineyards, a number of praises by Robert Parker, the world’s most influential wine critic… These are just some of the arguments that makes it impossible to stay indifferent, if you are really into wine.
Our chef Goran Kočiš has always readily accepted challenges, and stated that this one among favourites in the rich culinary career. The menu is ready, are you?
Join us on Friday, November 27, 2015. At 20 PM.
The number of reservations is limited, so book your table as early as today.
