The last three months at Bistro Apetit have been exceptionally active. After a few unique and memorable gastro-enological evenings, we are continuing our story with an extraordinarily interesting menu created by Chef Mannucci, specially for the renowned German wine house that makes the world-class Riesling. Dr. Loosen wine-cellar and winery from German Mosel Valley has been owned by the same family for over 200 years, and Dr. Ernst Loosen himself, the present owner and the top wine connoisseur, will be speaking at the dinner about their biodynamic approach and philosophy in the making of this celebrated, intense Riesling.
